The Ontario Holstein Branch through its Ontario Dairy Youth Trust Fund is offering four $500 scholarships. Two will be awarded to diploma students and two to degree students.

Applicants must be a regular, junior member of any breed association or a son or daughter of a member in the province of Ontario. Applicants must have successfully completed at least the first year of a University or College Program and be enrolled for the following year. The completed application must be signed by the County Holstein Secretary and returned to Ontario Holstein Branch, 285 Fountain Street South, Cambridge, ON, N3H 1J2 no later than June 15, 1999.

The selection team will give consideration to agricultural background, 4-H and Junior Farmer involvement with some emphasis placed on future goals. Other accomplishments may influence the selection committee in the event of a close decision.
